If everyone actually left a review for when they messed up an order this place would be predominantly one stars.This is my 3rd time going in having multiple issues with my order. I had 3 bagels all toasted 2 with light cream cheese. All 1 of the 3 was toasted and all of them were overloaded and coated with cream cheese. The person repeated my order 3 times!!! STILL GOT IT WRONG.I told myself I wouldn’t go after last time I went 3 of the bagels I ordered didn’t even have cream cheese.I tipped 20% every visit and have been pleasant but they keep ripping me off with cold untoasted gross bagels.
I called the restaurant because I had a specific request, and the woman who answered was incredibly nice and understood exactly what I was asking for. The person who made my sandwich followed my instructions flawlessly. Many places have compromised on quality, but not Seize the Bagel! I highly recommend this restaurant!
I absolutely adore this place! I've tried takeout, delivery, and dining in, and each experience has been fantastic. The staff is really dedicated to getting your order correct and they genuinely care about ensuring everything is perfect. The food is excellent and the people are wonderful!
This is usually the one place I order food from that doesn apos;t mess it up. You guys bummed me out this time. I love this sandwich it was messed up when you forgot to add the cream cheese you charged me extra for but it was still a yummy sandwich my daughter loved the mac n cheese! Book a table now
HELP! My life feels incomplete without the Bailey *I think* bagel! The employee mentioned it’s a seasonal item, and I'm really hoping to find out when it will be back. It's the cheese and bacon bagel, and it was my all-time favorite. Please, please bring it back if you love me!
I feel like I could marry the person who started this restaurant! Everything was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were remarkably generous. Just order everything—you won't regret it. I wish I could give every single employee a kiss on the forehead!
This is my all-time favorite bagel place in Vancouver. They offer a wide variety of bagels, spreads, and beverages. It tends to get quite busy, but the line moves quickly. You can also come in and grab a bag of day-old bagels at a very low price.
The Lemon Poppyseed Scone is absolutely everything to me. It's all I think about when I'm not indulging in it. The orders are always prepared perfectly and delivered in a timely manner. I recommend it 10/10! Book a table now
Added syrup to my cold brew! Is amazing just mix it when you get it : also Lox is my go to order. Never disappointed. They get busy but it is worth the wait.
