The manager was friendly and very attentive, asking lots of questions, explaining their menu when asked, telling me that the interior will be changed in the near future. The service at this restaurant was incredibly unhelpful and unapologetic when an issue arose with our delivery. We placed an order at 5.15 and were informed that it would arrive within 45 minutes. However, after waiting for almost an hour, I called to inquire about the status and was told that it was out for delivery but never arrived. I called again and was promised a call back, which never happened. After waiting for almost 1.5 hours, I called once more and was met with dismissiveness from the woman I spoke to. I used to love dining at this restaurant when it was still on Just Eat, but sadly it's no longer an option. I was impressed by the excellent service and delicious food. The prices were reasonable, typically costing around £10-20 per person for dinner. I would rate the food and service a 5 out of 5, but the atmosphere was only average at a 3. I highly recommend trying the Sharing Meze Starter and the Mixed Grill Platter.
The food at the new IMPROVED Selale is unbelievably amazing. The quality of the food is unreal, so fresh and beautifully seasoned, you can taste its been carefully sourced. I've always liked Selale, but it's definitely sooooo much better now. Amazing food the customer service is second to none, honestly cannot rave about this place more.
