First of all, tourists should know that it is customary in Portugal for the waiter to bring bread and other nibbles to the table, which you have the option to refuse. If you eat any of it, you 'll be charged, usually just a couple of Euros. I was in Portugal for 2 weeks, and this happened at every meal, so I don 't think it 's fair for tourists to give a bad review for a practice that is a local custom. I was a little tired of the usual neighborhood where it is very difficult to reserve a table because of all the tourists so I decided to look for a decent restaurant near the Sheraton Lisboa. And what I managed to find after some searching is much more than a decent restaurant. Located in a residential and upscale area, Sem Duvida is a real gem. From the appetizers that are included with the cover charge (octopus, jamon, crab, etc) to the excellent sea bass with vegetables to the wine, to the pudding special with a glass of white porto, to the white wine selected by the very competent waiter, everything was top notch. Intimate and elegant restaurant just outside the center of lisbon. Main dishes well executed and abundant, especially risotto with Monkfish and prawn. It is also to try one of the local dessert Abade de Priscos. Very attentive and precise service, which helped us in the choice of wine from the extensive list available. We have also spent many of our Yums here. Recommended
The menu is a little vague however, the staff could not have helped more with describing and recommending dishes, pairing wines and being incredibly attentive. The food and the wine were amazing. Timothy and the team were fluent in English which is a relief to those less fluent in Portuguese...such as ourselves. If (when) we come back to Lisbon we will be back. 5 stars Book a table now
A very minimalistic white line decor welcomes you to the restaurant. Great array of starters including deep fried sardines with lemon, mains included razor clam rice and lamb chops grilled to perfection. A classic pudim Abade De Priscos for desert with a lemon sorbet to complement the extreme sweetness. Great for a business lunch!
Very attentive staff! We selected this restaurant because it was close to our hotel. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner shrimp curry and linguine with vegetables. Staff helped with wine and dessert selections. Food was delicious! Hope to return for another great meal.

They put thngs on the table which we did not ordered. We thought that was service but at the end we saw that they put every thing on the receipt without telling us. No good service Book a table now
