Went in for lunch on Tuesday afternoon at 12.45. Waited to be seated when the guy wearing a leader t-shirt grunted and nodded towards a table that wasn’t full of dirty plates. We sat waiting for menus or for someone to acknowledge us but no one came over. The table next to us paid and when the “leader” who they called Ethan took the payment they made some small talk. Ethan still didn’t attempt to serve us but went to take the order of two guys that came in after us. This is our first visit to Poulton Seniors and we won’t return. Normoss Seniors is so much better, cleaner and friendly attentive staff. I understand if you are busy or short staffed but just acknowledge waiting customers.
I cannot believe some of these reviews.Myself my wife have taken her aged parents here once a month for about seven years.In between another sister takes them,sadly we lost mum in December,only today we took dad for lunch.The fish and chips are superb,and the portion size is incredible.Today was busy and I am glad,it's a wonderful friendly restaurant,and I look forward to visiting for many years more,and that is praise from a Yorkshireman.Well done Seniors.
A great clean and friendly Cafe and Take away.We eat in the cafe witch is immaculate clean We had the Seniors set meal for only £6.00,includes fish chips and a side,plus drink and bread and butter.The size of the fish and chips was very good.We where so happy with the meal and service we looked online to see where their other cafes are in the area.Would highly recommend a visit, take away or in their cafes.
Had a fabulous meal with a group of 20. The food was perfect and all the staff were friendly, helpful and polite, they all worked exceptionally hard to make sure we had a great time better service than I've had in many top restaurants. The fish was delicously fresh and pefectly cooked, and the Brownies with Ice Cream were rich and moreish. Can't wait to go again!

The Seniors meal deal is a fantastic bargain and the food is delicious, I would highly recommend it. However, the service was a bit slow last night. The dishes were dirty, which we believe may have been a dishwasher issue, and that was very disappointing.
Me and my wife went to Seniors for Fish and chips yesterday. Could not falt it at all. Got a small haddock and chips and a drink and a slice of bread and butter and peas for two £12 I would recommend it we will return and the staff was very polite
Used to be great must either have got complacent or lack of staff training. Ordered large the chips were no more than extra small told them sent a picture we’re not bothered at all i would avoid here drove 12 miles also as usually good never again
I placed an order from Normoss using their click and collect service a while back. However, since then, I have been receiving unwanted emails from them even after requesting to be unsubscribed. I will not be using their services again.

I love this place - spotlessly clean with great food. The staff is amazing; they are so friendly and helpful. The fish and chips here are fantastic.
