I absolutely love this place! It's incredibly delicious and has the widest selection of low-sugar, gluten-free, and vegan options I've encountered, not just in NYC, but anywhere in the world. The staff is super friendly, and the stylish store features a bakery right in the back. One of the employees even offers free origami pieces he makes near the entrance on the left. Be sure to grab one of his beautiful creations and consider making a donation. I highly recommend visiting Sensible Edibles Bakery!
During our vacation in New York City in mid-December, we visited a coffee shop that offered gluten-free baked goods. My wife has celiac disease and must follow a strict gluten-free diet. When we returned home to Oregon, I was thrilled to discover that their products could be delivered. I placed an order online, and it arrived just two days later! I'm so glad to have found this amazing gluten-free bakery with such delicious offerings.
Sans Bakery is incredible! As someone with celiac disease, I truly appreciate having such a fantastic option available. I've ordered custom cakes and cupcakes from Sans, and everything has been outstanding. My guests can't even tell that the cake is gluten-free! The treats in the display are also delicious, especially the pumpkin loaf and raspberry bars. I highly recommend Sans Bakery!
I’m so happy I discovered this bakery during my trip to New York! It was great to find delicious vegan treats that are lower in sugar. I also try to avoid soy, so I was thrilled to see plenty of soy-free options available as well! I highly recommend this place for anyone with food allergies.

When in NYC I had one of their raspberry bars at Maman! So delicious that I had to order some when I got home to San Francisco! even shipped across the country, they arrived fresh and SO yummy! My gluten eating husband made me share!!!

I work close by and have to resist the temptation to visit this place every day. Their oatmeal chocolate cookies are my favorite indulgence. The coffee is excellent as well. It's a fantastic addition to the neighborhood!
I must say they have a wonderful blend of cold brew. Now the different baked goods is a plus. My favorite is the apple oatmeal cookie. I just tried their salted almond cookie and all I can say is delicious.
