High above Lake Ossiach on the picturesque mountain route leading to Gerlitzen, this holiday home offers a small but tasty range of local hot and cold dishes. During peak hours, especially when the adjacent ski slope is open in winter, this place is quite crowded.
When we drove the Gerlitzen Alpenstrasse, we came across this small restaurant. It doesn't have too big a menu, but you have enough choices. Can highly recommend also the board ljause, which is much for 2 if a not too big eater. Staff very friendly.

Second time in Sepplhutte. It is a small authentic restaurant on the Gerlitzen, which can be reached by car on foot. Host is friendly and food is good. Great stop for drinks for lunch while hiking
