In terms of food, it is NOT authentic Italian food, and how could it be if we are in the northcountry. The salad is honestly not gourmet it is an ordinary and rustic salad. The pizzas were okay and if you plan to eat there ORDER A PIZZA. The pasta... it is straight out of a box with sauce (not a delicious one) poured on top, and the ravioli seemed that was frozen ravioli and heated. We hadn't ate there in 2 years. Decided to grab a small pizza and stuffed shells. The shells were burnt. So sad. I had to stand outside to wait for a pizza so loaded with garlic it couldn't be eaten and dried up burnt stuffed shells that also couldn't be eaten. We had always liked the Sergi's. A family affair. Money too tight to waste anymore. I blame the staff not the owners, but still won't order from here again?
Penne Ala vodka worst ever. No sauce n no flavor. We tried to exchange it for the manicotti which was excellent and they would not exchange it! Wait staff tried to be pleasant about it but hands were tied? I've never had any restaraunt experience like this b4.
