Serrato's Steakhouse

we visited on 1/27/23 with the family for the 70th birthday of our father and loved it absolutely. we have made a reservation in advance, as we were on a Friday night and assumed that it would be busy. the reviews were super online, and now we see why. the restaurant is located in a shopping center, but don't let it fool. Once we went to the restaurant, we could feel the energy. the restaurant is not too big, but we appreciated it, as it felt more cozy and intimate. we sat a few minutes before our reservation and had two friendly waitresses, with one in the training. the customer service was great and everything we ordered quickly came out and was delicious. we ordered and recommend the cala...

Management and service were poor beyond belief. Our server was extremely off high or intoxicated) other servers and hosts claimed “she was new and hasn’t came to work sober yet” after expressing concern with management he seemed aloof and could care less. However he did speak to our server then the attitude and comments and facial expressions came in. Overall food was good, everything was awful. We have been trying just about every restaurant in town, a new one each week) we have never had this bad of an experience from any level from McDonald’s to Jeff rubys downtown. I’d avoid at all costs!

a very short 10 minutes wait for our reservation for a very busy night. hostess was very pleasant and well maintained. our server was fantastic with a great friendly personality. the food was excellent with 5 different anreen at our table. the wine list is satisfactory. will definitely return. only negatiw is a very high noise level. the restaurant should add armouring panels in the deck.
