During a dinner with friends, fascinated by the lake view, we chose chef Nicola Leanza 's menu Leanza experience which I highly recommend. The menu offers dishes with a unique flavor with the highest quality raw materials creatively reinterpreted and frequently updated by chef Nicola Leanza. An explosion of flavors starting from the appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts. Favorite dish: “asparagus yolk and cereal bread” with a Bavarian cream of white asparagus, yolk marinated in clarified butter, thyme and five-grain bread.
