I made a reservation for Restaurante SF Mezquita based on their menu, which looked wonderful, and the fact that I knew that I wanted to view the Puente Romano and Mezquita from across the river at night. I'm very happy with the choice that I made. The servers were friendly and attentive, while still giving us our space to enjoy the meal. We started with water, olives, and patatas bravas; which were all very good, and left our mouths watering for our main courses. After much deliberation, I had the venison with potatoes, and my girlfriend had the lamb skewer; both were large portions of perfectly cooked meat that we thoroughly enjoyed. We had dinner here twice during our stay in Cordoba. Good tasty food and excellent friendly service, all for a very fair price. We found a couple of small sized starter dishes and a salad to share was quite enough for the two of us. The restaurant is across the river from the mesquita, next to the Hesperia hotel.
We had our lunch in this restaurant. Very tasty salads, nice and friendly staff. The also brought liquor as a compliment. Liked it
