Sforno Trattoria - Table reservation

the food here is about as authentic as you can get in Boulder. One of my only complaints that it is a little cramped and hard to move (but that could have been where I was sitting). The menu is huge, almost like reading an essay! I recommend each of the Antipasti (the Aubergine is simply amazing). The waiters are super sweet, even though she seemed to be stressful. I loved everything I got, but the court doesn't reflect everything. The cream brulee was perhaps the best I ever had! Pricey, but I'd say it's worth it.

Great food. The Lasagna is my wife's favorite, I enjoyed a delicious pizza with a beautiful bottle of Brunello. Children really enjoyed their food too. Nice place, cozy but very nice. Charismatic owners brought a few Grappas to try out for us. For the first time, excellent place. Come on!

Sforno Trattoria Romana in Boulder is a beautiful Italian restaurant. The architecture and decor made me feel like I was in Italy. The lobster ravioli was delicious in a beautiful cream sauce. The salad was crisp, with a variety of delicate aromas such as pears and candied walnuts.

A beautiful Trattoria. The appetizers were delicious. I recommend the asparagus with Prosciutto. Holy wow. The waiting service was wonderful. My salmon cooked with love. Come in.

Quaint setting. Felt like I was in a trattoria in Italy. Gracious, attentive waitress, Megan. Delicious spaghetti carbonara!
