I don't get the hype. BUT! They serve beer. Which is more than I can say for the other burger chains. Food was prepared quickly and was a fairly tasty lunch. This parking lot is a death trap (seriously, lotta car pedestrian accidents) so take your time and stop rushing. Have a beer instead.
We really enjoyed our first meal here. We went mid week and it was not too busy. Staff was friendly, interactive, and helpful. Food was fresh and tasted great. Milkshake was a great consistency. Burger was seasoned well, and the fries are top notch.
The Spicy Chicken sandwich is the best one they offer. The burgers are unbeatable, and I really enjoy the hot dogs too. The Westport location is welcoming and easy to get to, though the parking lot could use some improvement.
