The food here has always been good, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff has never been particularly welcoming, and if you're not placing an order, it can take a long time to get their attention. Recently, this location introduced a curbside pickup option, but I've experienced issues with it twice now. Today was particularly frustrating because I have four kids in car seats and needed the convenience of curbside service, but no one came out with our food. If I could give it 10 stars I would!! This was my first time having Shake Shack and I was not disappointed at all. I did an online order and it was ready fast. I got the cheeseburger with the Shack sauce, fries and strawberry lemonade carbonated (must try! . I like that there is many different pick up options: walk up window, curbside, delivery, drive thru, and kiosk counter. The communication was great from start to finish. You can see the progress of your order online as well as in your confirmation email, and you will also get a text. The location is great. The food was nice and hot AND the company will give you a courtesy notice letting you know that after 30 mins of your food being done...
Amazing food even better customer service! Shoutout Sincere and Brandon specifically for going above and beyond to make the meal that much more enjoyable. Sincere literally ran across the store to grab my boyfriend and I a sample of the new Dragonfriut Pomegranate Lemonade (w/caffeine!! . Brandon constantly checked in on us and even refilled our drink!! Good vibes all around. Nice place. I walked in as a first timer and no one greeted me. I had to ask how to place my order. The woman behind the counter finally told me how to place an order. I ended up placing it with her. I ordered a cheeseburger, fry, and non dairy custard. Food doesn't take too long. The food taste was okay. The burger was good but fries were still a bit raw, and the custard was my favorite. For the price I did expect it to tasted 5 star. Next time I'll have to try something different with custard:

I’m not a huge fan of Shake Shack, but my kids love it, so I’ve visited a few locations. The burger I had at this particular spot was the best Shake Shack burger I’ve experienced, which means it was definitely good—although it might have been a bit too greasy, but I’d take that over a dry burger any day. The spicy fries with ranch were also pretty decent.
8/13/23. Went to have a burger and it was hotter than a steam room in here. There is no way any fast food chain should be that hot inside! Hot humid outside. One should be able in the south to walk in and enjoy their food in a nice coo atmosphere. Not endure like in a sweat shop. First time. Wont be back.
Good burgers, sometimes orders are wrong, not sure if it's the machines or employees or both. Employees are hardworking. For some reason I order regular fries and get spicy fries instead and no ranch, and no avocado when I ordered an avocado
Great food and service, staff super friendly, informative and fast…. I ordered another drink and Brandon let me know about the free refills and issued me a refund very kind of him and I appreciate that.. me and my daughter love

The food at this restaurant was excellent. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a chocolate shake, and everything was delicious. However, it is somewhat pricey. I look forward to returning.
The churro chocolate shake was disappointing; I do not recommend it.
