Wellington, our cashier, took our order and was simply swift, seamless and very pleasant and accommodating! Thanks Sir Wellington! Now in my error, after my family and I seated ourselves, I FORGOT the fries for everyone. When Ferris (Bueller) passed by our table to see if we needed anything, we told him we forgot the fries. He swiftly took me to his register and took my order so that the rest our our food wouldn’t get cold because who wants cold burgers and chicken tenders without fries right? Thank you Ferris for your thoughtfulness and quickness! We will be back due to our outstanding service provided by Wellington and Ferris…..Bueller xoxo
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but the prices are a bit outrageous. They charge $10 for a burger (without any sides) that is smaller than a Whopper from Burger King. While the quality of the food is definitely better than standard fast food—both the burger and buffalo chicken sandwich, along with the fries and milkshake, were outstanding—I wish the portion sizes matched the prices. The staff were friendly, but it's wise to double-check your order, as they occasionally forget to include extras like cheese on the fries. Overall, it's worth a visit, but I wouldn't suggest making it a regular place to eat.
My family went here after a long day and really enjoyed our burgers and chicken sandwiches. I liked that they offered ones with both bacon and avocado, which was delicious! The food was definitely fresh and high quality. The ambience and decor were great. Lastly, the servers were so kind and friendly. Only con was the price. We didn’t get soft drinks and it was still $38 for 3 sandwiches, and one order of fries that we shared. I would’ve got a milkshake but $6-7 is steep.
Shake Shack is truly the best chain for burgers, and this location definitely meets that expectation. The burgers are juicy and cooked just right, while the Shack Sauce adds delicious flavor without overpowering. The fries are delightfully crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. Additionally, this location has a quick pick-up process for those on the go, as well as a roomy dining area for those who want to eat in. The staff here is also exceptional! Book a table now
The food is so good burgers seem fresher than like a Wendy’s or McDonald’s. The theme inside is so adorable!! Great for groups and a quick bite to eat! I love the fresh avocado on a cheeseburger the bacon goes to my husband LOL my daughter and I love the shakes! I tried the mango passionade it’s sooooo good worth a try! I usually order for pick up and sit in a nice booth :

Shake Shack can be quite inconsistent. This particular meal was excellent, but I've experienced that some locations don't meet the same standard.
