Yummmm! The food at Shake Shack is always well prepared, well presented and tastes great! The service is friendly and efficient the restaurant itself is well tended welcoming. Shake Shack's menu is not boring and offers a variety of beverages with or without alcohol, for whatever strikes your fancy at the moment. Yes, they are more expensive than a place with golden arches, or where kids are king. But, this is not a fast food joint with substandard food. At Shake Shack, you get what you pay for: great food, great service and great atmosphere. And I for one am so happy that they're here.
1st visit to Shake Shack, WOW!! Such wonderful, friendly service. Juiciest, flavored burgers hands down!! They even had gluten free rolls how wonderful!! Had a pleasant conversation with the manager Molly and was so thrilled by the service of one of her employees, Obrahian. She talked with our family like we were long time friends. Wonderful place to grab some delicious food outside of the mall. We went in for food and left feeling full and happy. Thank You!
First time there and was very pleased. Yes, it's a little pricey for burgers and fries, but if you want fast food that is antibiotic free, and humanely raised, it's a small price to pay. The food was served with a smile and in a very efficient manner. It has a comfortable atmosphere and you can enjoy beer or wine with your food if you choose. America needs more Shake Shacks! Keep up the good food and good work.
The food was good but the value for the price is questionable. 2 shake stack burgers, cheese fries and 2 drinks $30 is really pushing it beyond reasonable. If their fries portion would be twice its size or bottomless along with refillable drinks, it would be a tolerable pleasure for the price. Their problem would be table turnover.
