Shake Shack Nanuet

It was a great night to be able to have a nice burger although I think it's a little bit pricey but the burgers are nice and they made. I'm not a fan of the french fries I think they need to be able to add a little more pepper seasoning to it it's just too plain for me. The burger needs to be able to have a little bit more pizzazz do it as well too. The sugarplum fairy shake it's a special going on for the holidays for Shake shack it was a nice vanilla flavored shake with white chocolate sprinkles placed on top. I've been to this location a few times and the service has never been great but today was ridiculous!! I ordered the new holiday Sugar Plum Shake and a side of fries. I received the fries within two minutes of ordering. The Shake? I waited. Waited. Waited. When I inquired where it was they had no clue what I was taking about. I had to show them my receipt and then the workers continued to chat amongst themselves some more while I continued to wait. It took 22 minute from the time I ordered until I received my Shake!! Shake shack never tends to disappoint me. Both the service and the food were good at this location. Was my first visit, probably won't return as I was only in the neighborhood temporarily but if I had to, I'd come back. They had sanitizer wipes for the tables which is a good best practice during Covid!
