We have tried this place more than once , gave them a few chances .3 years ago the place was good..lil.pricey ..yet still good quality an tasty. But a couple years ago it started going downhill. The pizza is NOT the same ...never warm, most time.not fully cooked an staff is rude an don't care about complaints. I was told the pizza is not still warm due to.warmwr doesn't work an hasn't for a while., they jus set it under it even with it not on. When you tell.them the complaints your told oh well.sorry you didn't like it. Management is hardly ever there to address issues. I attempted to call the restaurant several times to place a takeout order but kept getting a busy signal. So, I decided to walk in and asked if the phone was malfunctioning; they told me it had somehow become unplugged. The salt and pepper shakers were definitely not the same as before. The two employees just exchanged glances and smiled at each other. We've always been loyal customers, but I don't think we'll be returning anymore.
Nasty redheaded local made our experience awful. She acted poorly educated and had horrible hygiene. My wife offered to buy her some food then she wouldn't leave us alone. . She told my wife her name was Aubry and she had kids to feed. She looked like she had learning disabilities. This is a good place, food was good but tif the locals are like that one then I don't recommend stopping period
Ordered 2 pizzas, only 1 done on arrival, told it would be another 20 min. Took the one that was done. Pizza was Dried out and disgusting. Last time ever going to shakerz. The restaurant is under new management, and I must say I'm quite disappointed. They used to serve fantastic wings, but now they're dry and tough. The salads have shrunk significantly in size, and the pizzas are served without any sauce at all. Overall, it's not worth visiting anymore.
Called and ordered 2 chicken strip dinners and 2 large pizzas, they tell me it's gonna be 45 minutes ok no problem. Order it and wait. Get there to get it, they only make me one pizza seriously!!!
Owners have no self respect and can’t take criticism even when given it respectfully. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Also food is subpar, Pizza Hut does it better.
I would be embarrassed to serve a pizza that looked this burnt. Today's kids... I'm sure the owners wouldn't be pleased at all.
