"Excellent Staff, but the arcade are modernized so you gotta use a card...half the fun was getting the tickets and feeding the ticket muncher. I hate this metaverse thing."

I’m not really a social media person. But this Shakey’s really wowed me with how nice friendly the staff is here. The staff here is well trained in customer service. I had waiters coming to my table to check on how I was doing or if I needed anything. I replied to her “ I’m doing fine thank you for checking up on me not a lot of restaurants do that anymore “ my plates were removed to free up clutter without me having to ask great great service ! I will for sure be back Thank You

By far one of the best shakey’s I’ve been to clean , quick service , and staff was very interactive. Adrian made sure our order was out on time and Nathan made sure we had plates and condiments before the food came to the table. I also want to show out the manager that I spoke with I believe her name was Gabby that joked around with us and made our shakey’s experience top notch. Thank you guys for an amazing night !

The cleanest Shakeys I've ever been in, great food with tons of choices, salad bar, game room for the kids, nice, clean restrooms, centrally located and easy to get to. Will definitely return. Great Value for the money
