Our sever was very nice. However, the food was terrible. Our food was overcooked, dry and salty. If I didn't have a glass of water, I might have choked on the hockey puck of food they served. The place is Kosher, I get that the choices may be a tad limited if that's what you are looking for; but for the price range (appetizers averaged $20 , entrees averaged $50s , with a burger at $25). Server was nice, but did not ask why we only took a couple of bites of our entree and did not want the rest … – show
I always love coming to shallots but this most recent meal was extraordinarily special and that’s all thanks to the warm and wonderful service that Jimmy gave to us. What a wonderful guy! Really made my birthday feel special and was spot on with his recommendations, too! Coming to shallots is worth it for the food, but a meal becomes memorable when the service is exemplary. Thanks again, Jimmy!
Food was good but it took almost an hour for our food to arrive. Considering that the restaurant was barely one third full, that was unreasonable!
Next level. Hands down best kosher restaurants I've ever eaten out. Full stop
