Shanghai Village - Table reservation

I have been frequenting this restaurant for some time now and I have always been impressed with the cleanliness and deliciousness of the food. I have never had any issues with freshness either. I would give this place a five-star rating, especially since I ordered takeout from here the other day. Unfortunately, my order was missing the General Tso chicken. Despite it being late at night and not wanting to inconvenience them for a delivery, I reached out to ask if they could refund me for the missing item. To my surprise, they apologized and promptly sent someone to deliver the missing dish to me even though they were closed. This level of customer service truly impressed me.

I visit this excellent restaurant once a month as I enjoy the good mood that exists in this place. The team is very warm and professional. The service is very fast. Not to mention, the food is excellent. I often came and I was always thrilled. The costs are fair. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I celebrated my nomination today at this amazing restaurant. We had a fantastic evening and the restaurant was definitely the highlight of our gathering. The staff were incredible, the food was delicious, and my friends were thrilled. We will definitely come back for more special occasions. Thank you.

The place offers a wide range of fresh food. I love eating here. Staff are always super nice, price is affordable and the place is always neat.
