Placed an order for Christmas Eve days in advance with a 6:30 pickup time. At 6:30 they called and said they were running a full hour behind. I arrived at 7:30 to pick up food and people with 6pm pick up time were still waiting. This is unacceptable with a house full of people already waiting an hour to eat dinner. The staff were unapologetic and said the same thing harmed last year. You would figure they would learn how to run their business. I placed an order from china express and was able to pick up before Shangri would have been done. DONT GO ON HOLIDAYS.
Food was delicious. My only critique was I ordered 2 boba teas and didn’t realize I had to order the tapioca pearls additional. That was really confusing, so I basically got 2 iced teas for $6 each, that was annoying cause I was really looking forward to the tapioca pearls. Is this common to offer the tea like this, everything separate? Seems like its akin to selling pizza with the cheese being separate. I would totally go back and might do that next week for a dr check up and Ill be in the area.
