Charging as much as it does for subpar food is truly unacceptable at this restaurant. The chicken and broccoli I ordered lacked flavor and looked unappetizing with its gray appearance. I was disappointed to find that it came with plain white rice instead of the expected pork fried rice. Paying 18 dollars for a simple dish like chicken and broccoli is outrageous. I have never spent this much on Chinese food before, and the quality did not justify the price. I recommend ordering from a different restaurant, such as Jin Long, which offers delicious food at reasonable prices. It's a shame it was closed when I wanted to order from them.
I recently had the pleasure of indulging in an extraordinary delivery of egg drop wonton soup, and I must say, it was nothing short of sensational. From the first spoonful, I was transported to flavor paradise. The delicate balance of the silky egg drop and the savory wontons was simply divine. The broth, rich and fragrant, elevated the entire experience to new heights. Each bite was a harmonious symphony of textures and flavors that left me craving more. This culinary masterpiece deserves the highest praise, and without hesitation, I award it a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. Pure bliss in a bowl!
This restaurant is truly exceptional! The vegetable fried rice was delicious, and the sizzling tofu satay was fantastic. The coconut bubble tea, even without the boba, was creamy and full of flavor. The service was quick, and our server was incredibly kind and attentive. My dining companions both ordered the wet beef ho fun; my dad finished his entire plate, while I’ll be enjoying mine for three more meals. My fiancée really enjoyed his dumplings as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Chinese food in the Bethlehem area.
To my surprise, the waiter looked me right in the eye, and with an impressive move, he picked up a rose using only his lips. He then expertly tossed it into my hand and wished me a Happy Valentine's Day in a sweet, soothing voice, reminiscent of a blend between Morgan Freeman and Shrek. All in all, the experience was truly therapeutic.

The wontons in Szechuan sauce were extremely overpriced. The total weight of all the dumplings combined probably didn't even reach an ounce. The male waiter was rude and not attentive. While some dishes had a sense of authenticity, others were worse than frozen food. We won't be returning.
Finally found the time to come to this place after wanting to go for some time. I think the wait was definitely worth it. Went around 4PM on a Sunday. A quick note is that the parking is very easy if you are from out of town, the parking garage is about 1 block away.
Absolutely amazing. Dandan noodz are killer. The cumin lamb is out of this world. Beautiful szechuan spot in the valley. I wish they had some stuff on the table tho, like some funky condiments.
Hands down most authentic Sichuan Food I think I've had to date. Vegetable Dry Hot Pot, Mayo Tofu, Double Cooked Fish, Cumin Lamb, just fantastic!
