This is the worst customer service I have received so far, not one of them, definitely the worst. The one star was given as there...is no zero star rating. The services provided by this shop was terrible and sub standard. The lady and guy served us around pm tonight were extremely rube and unprofessional. Nor greeting or even one full sentence to obtain the order information. The lady shows no interest to talk to anyone or attend any work on site. I understand it's Sunday and it's a bit late. Pretty standard, service is poor. Although staff are restricted by strange policies such as an extra charge for requesting no ice in their drink. One would think, no ice would mean a cost saving, apparently not. Also they ran out of regular sized pearls and...did not advise me so I paid and received a drink with these dodgy mini pearls.

I love the tea here as it is strong enough. I especially love the warm taro (real taro not the fake jelly type) in green tea! Be a member and you get off each drink, no need to accumulate for free. So...worthwhile to join if you have it often.
i don't know why people buy these drinks for a cup of flavoured tea? Staff who mumble under their breath? Best flavours always sold out? A benefits card that gives no benefits unless you register online??? No thanks!
I typically order Oolong Milk tea with pearls at half sugar and no ice from Sharetea. I find that I can truly appreciate the tea's flavor more at Sharetea compared to other milk tea shops.
I bought a pearl milk tea, it’s horrible, they add something like plastic, the staff wear dirty t-shirt. They didn’t washing hand before serving. I feel vomiting.
