One issue I had was with the drink menu, specifically the selection of beers. In this day and age of craft brewing, I believe it is unnecessary to have lower quality American beers such as Goose Island IPA, Rolling Rock Pale Ale, and Alexander Keith IPA on the menu. There are plenty of exceptional local craft beers that could be offered instead, and the presence of these "corporate" American beers only adds to the outdated vibe of the Shark Club. It is important for the establishment to keep up with the latest trends in order to compete with other bars and restaurants that are more in tune with the preferences of customers. Thank you for allowing me to voice my concerns.
Really disappointed in the staff and management with allowing rowdy young adults to “posture” and manipulate the staff! They were even bringing their own alcohol from their vehicles onto the patio outside! Will NOT be going back to this place as they allow rowdies to take over the establishment, very poor management!
We arrived just after happy hour. Waited for a table to be cleared for us. Our booth had ripped upholstery stuffing actually coming out. Server was prompt and efficient. Our appetizers came quickly and tasted good.
Went in for happy hour. Good deals except it's limited compared to some of the other places in the chain. Wednesday is 45c wing night. Very good. Friendly service.
