I called in my order and arrived 30 minutes later, only to be told by the staff member that he didn't take my order. After I showed him proof that I had called, he claimed he hadn't made my order. I ended up waiting for 10 minutes during my lunch break, and I definitely won't be coming back. To top it off, he even yelled at me for the situation. Food rating: 1/5.
I paid almost $18 for a large catfish dinner it was terrible. I couldn't even eat it. It tasted like someone took the fish off the fishing pole, put flour on it put it in the grease. No seasoning at all, terrible fishy taste. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because their chicken is good. I live down the street but I won't be visiting this location again.
This was my first time ever eating at sharks. The food was good and hot. There was only one person in there doing everything and she did a phenomenal job. I will dine in there again and I will definitely recommend it to all my family and associatesFood: 5/5

Every time I visit this specific Sharks location, my food is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. Mia is fantastic—always polite, full of energy, and dedicated to her job. This is definitely my favorite Sharks. Food: 5/5
