My girlfriend and I came to visit Montreal for their food and we were exhausted from the 6 hour drive from Toronto so we decided to order in to our AirBnb via UberEats. We had the Magique poutine and a chicken wrap. Being delivered we didn't expect much but even though the wrap was cold, it was separated so nothing became soggy and we were okay as we had an oven/microwave. But the poutine... it was definitely Magique! All the flavours worked so well with the beef, never had anything like it. Even for takeout it was neatly packaged and tasted fresh. We will definitely order this again next time we are in the city.
We had the Poutine Magique -- made with garlic potatoes and chicken. It's the Lebanese twist on Canadian poutine, and was pretty good. We also had the Shawarma special with chicken - the pita was paper thin and chewy - like I like it. The fresh tray of baklava wasn't ready yet, so we had some that had been out for a while. The bottoms had gotten a little soggy for me. It shares a store with Subway, so sit at the back.
I tried the large chicken shawrma for lunch and it was excellent. Probably the best shawrma I tasted in Canada and i did try many places across the country. The shawrma shop shares the same space with Subway. The flavor is so rich and authentic! And take extra garlic sauce on the side ..it is yummy. I also tried thier Taboule but it was below average.. so I will stick with the meat...
Love their meat, not too oily or too dry. Just perfect. Everything is perfect here. I would recommend it. Line-ups are long so expect a wait before you order. It is a popular place and people realize it is the best shawarma downtown. They also make an original, unforgettable poutine.

My husband had heard this place was good. I was shocked to walk in and see it shared a space with Subway! I couldn't believe he took us here. Ended up being amazing. I really have nothing to compare it to since I've never had shawarma before. Definitely be back though.
Because my friend can only eat halal food, we found this bistro in downtown. It's the first time for a poutine lover to try halal poutine. Frankly, the taste is not bad. The environment is not that comfort. There are some flies surrounding you. Nothing else...

Good chicken shawarma on pita. Fast service and friendly people. You walk in, pick what you want and hot food is ready. This shares the same dining with Subway so when you walk it it can confuse you.

We had the shawarmaz plate and kafta plate. The meats were tender and well seasoned. Salad was fresh and light. Portions were adequate. Delivery took less than an hour.
Very friendly staff and generous with portions. Love their chicken salad! Reasonably priced - just delicious!
