We had a wonderful evening for a birthday. We were staying in the area and this was a gem of a find. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of the pub was warm, cosy and inviting. We were a large group of adults and children and everybody throughly enjoyed their food. Fish and chips was the best we've ever tasted, burgers were top notch and the pies were a hit! If we are back in the area, we will definitely be back here! An excellent experience for all!
We visited this pub tonight on a trip down to celebrate our daughters wedding. We found this lovely pub a couple of months ago when we came down from leeds to see the wedding venue. The couple who run it are really friendly and the food is fantastic. Very well priced and very good quality. We will definitely come back next time we visit
We returned to this restaurant as former regulars who had relocated, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. It lifted our spirits after a difficult funeral and exceeded all of our expectations.
This charming pub is decorated with quirky, eye-catching decor and serves delicious food and rich hot chocolate. It is a great spot for families, couples, or even solo diners. Highly recommended!
