We highly recommend Shearsby Bath for anyone planning a wedding. From the initial planning stages to the food tasting and the actual big day, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Special thanks to Beth for guiding us through the process and coordinating everything on the day. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the grounds are exceptional. They created a customized package that met all of our needs, even going above and beyond to help us with personal touches. I attended a Christmas party at this restaurant and while the staff worked hard to quickly serve meals, it was arguably the worst night out. A band playing in the 4 price band was incredibly loud, making it impossible to have a conversation. Their music was terrible, and I felt like wrapping the trumpet around the player's neck because he couldn't play well. The DJ was also shouting the whole time, and the extremely loud music drowned out any enjoyment of the meal. The volume didn't need to be that high, as my ears are still ringing the next morning. Additionally, be cautious of the high price of £6.50 for a glass of lemonade - it's a total rip off.
Shearsby bath is such a magical place, Beth and the team were amazingly helpful and we had the most wonderful night celebrating the end of 5/6 and for some 8 years studying medicine. the food was absolutely incredible. We loved the bar inside the marquee and the drinks were above and beyond what we expected Anyone considering booking this place for an event it’s worth every penny Thanks again to the team and shearsby! Just visited for Sunday lunch for the first time having read the previous review and wasn't disappointed this really is a first class venue from the moment you arrive the food and very friendly staff are exceptional we only live 10 minutes away already booked for the 18th December
