I must let you know that I've eaten your bagels in the past and always felt that it was the best bagel I've ever eaten. I bought an egg sandwich and corn muffin on Friday 7/24/15 and unfortunately it was the worst egg sandwich and corn muffin I've ever eaten. It left a terrible taste in my mouth all day that I still have 8:00. I can't explain the fowl taste in my mouth, but it's not good. I'll tell you that you don't bas, but you'll get your act together. Maybe the grill was dirty or whatever. They will not be with this quality of food.
If you are looking for the best Bagels/sandwiches in New Jersey, good your luck because this place is the Bagel Guru. Hands down the best bagels I have ever tried, I highly recommend that all go here and try it atleast once, I guarantee that you come back for more, or find your self craving there Bagels after hours when they closed Lol. And to embellish it from the owner and his employees, all are amazing and very welcoming. You won't regret it.

This was the worst BLT I've ever had. I ended up throwing it away. The bagel was ice cold, not a roll as described, and the bacon felt like it had just come out of the fridge. The cheese was simply sliced and placed on top. I'm usually very satisfied with the sandwiches from here, but both sandwiches I ordered today were a huge disappointment. The person working today has ensured that I won't be coming back again.

The bagels are absolutely fantastic! Their toasting is perfect and this is one of those places where you know you've struck gold in the first bite. It's too bad they don't have a jalapeno bagel but they readily made a serving of jalapeno cream cheese using fresh jalapenos and it was so tasty! I wish this place was closer than a 25-minute drive. Be warned that they ONLY ACCEPT CASH!
The menu was quite confusing. I ordered a toasted onion bagel with cream cheese, specifically requesting cream cheese for the onion bagel. Instead, I received a cold onion bagel without any cream cheese and a plain bagel that wasn't toasted, which I hadn't ordered and that came with cream cheese.
I order food 2-3 times a week, and the sandwiches are consistently excellent. The bagels have that signature Sheepshead crunch on the outside while remaining soft inside. Overall, the food is top quality, delicious, and reasonably priced.
Their bagels are as good as their amazing customer service! ! Mark and Joey were so patient with us and went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. I highly recommend Sheepshead Baygels. You won’t be disappointed!
