We mainly stop at Sheetz all the time because they are clean and well inclined. But at 12 a.m., this is the first time that I was one that was absolutely dirty. Every outer garbage could overflow. There was garbage in the entire store on the floor. There were booths without toilet paper and empty soap paper towel dispensers in the ladies room. The master room had water from the ceiling above one of the urinals and again full garbage cans and garbage on the floor. I know help is hard to find, but that was pretty bad. It was my first stop at a sheet... it would be my last.
Usually a good experience, today, I waited 26 minutes for a latte with zero communication about it takes longer than normal. On my way home, I thought a few quick bites for the family. The food looked like speed was critical, quality was terrible. I see many new faces, do not forget the right training, with your customers and communication. There are some extremely large companies nearby that bring a ton of business. Please sharpen quality and service.
Picking up on the app by the drive thru is absolutely garbage, I or my wife usually order a drink every night before she goes to work and picking up on the ride thru, you had to go to the store 9/10 times to not ignore their stuff because of the staff only the drive thru or just don't know what to do, or even realize it?s a drive thru order.
Worse ever. Roll was hard like a skirt and where was the meat? Doubt was worth $2 steak. In the 80s, when they were much smaller, they were GREAT! Customer service. It's obvious they don't care. There's always another customer. Sad.
