Beware of late night food wait times. I recently came to this sheetz and placed my order at 11:54. It was very crowded, and there were only 3 employees I could see. Very slow service and no updates on wait times. It was also impossible to hear ordernumbers being called. At around 12:40am, I ended up asking for a refund. A portion of my food was ready which they graciously(insert sarcasm) allowed us to take with a cash refund. The cash refund seemed off given I paid on my credit card. Maybe a wayto not show management people are not getting their food? I mentioned a sign with wait times would be helpful, and the employeetold me management would not allow that. I wonder why. The whole night shift crew rocks. Theresa, Joe, Mack and another woman in the night shift, I'm sorry to forget her name. They are all hard workers and do their best to make the customer happy. I think they should all get an increase because of the hard work during the pandemic. 2-4 a.m. when the rush started, and they all work well under pressure. I used my point to get the sheets of coffee mugs and redeem them at 3:00 in the morning. They had no way out, but the name of the woman I don't know went out of her way and went back to get the coffee cup. She also took time and explained the app and how to redeem items for my points. If you order something that requires a fork or spoon to eat make sure they actually give you one. They seem to forget about 50% of the time. The same also goes for any additional sauces you order. Also very limited selection on drinks since they beganselling beer and wine. About 80% of the non alcoholic beverages in the store are monster Energy drinks and over priced bottledwater. Almost no tea, juice, or soda options.
The service was great, and the food was outstanding. However, the atmosphere left much to be desired. It was frustrating having to listen to someone loudly shouting about wanting "chocolate condoms" while trying to enjoy my meal. Aside from the distractions from the surrounding environment, the restaurant itself is quite pleasant.

I recently visited Sheetz to use the restroom and grab a coffee, and I had a great experience. The grinding and brewing machines were impressive. Although I don't usually stop at Sheetz since I live in Philadelphia, I'll definitely make a point to visit if I'm in NEPA again.
This restaurant serves incredible made-to-order meals with delicious flavors. I'm originally from the Valley but moved to Philly 20 years ago. I always make sure to stop here before hopping back on the NEX at the rotary piston.
Best teas for on the go and fuel is better quality than most, great highway stop. Love the rasberry etc flavor or sweet teas here; most places have gross fountain teas but these recipes are probably fresh made.
Much better experience than the Sheetz in Scranton. They have definitely earned my business! The food came out in a timely fashion, and the staff was super friendly.
