Extremely unfriendly dark-haired jealousy lady at the checkout that today has thought it necessary to call and accuse us with gasoline because the phone number and company name has been on our car. You should appear within 10 minutes otherwise the police and a debt collection office will be switched on. And all this though the tank bill was properly paid and this could be detected by receipt. You can be mistaken and misunderstandings happen, but the sound plays the music, like everywhere in life. Put such a command tone on and still in the wrong way is not going to happen, next time the video surveillance is better looked through before you make a break. Until now have 7-8x danced there week...
Absolutely bad service Wanted to pick up a package from GLS and I had to wait 25 minutes. Because first all customers are served who come to tank. Only when no customer is in the store is you get the package. Unbelievable! Then the lady at the checkout filled up drinks and lets me stand. This should be service,impossible!!!!
In my opinion, you are here very unfriendly and when you come as a GLS customer you are 2 class. All Shell customers are preferred and as a GLS customer you have to wait until no other customer is in the store.
An incredibly rude elderly lady. She is absolutely unqualified for a service company. I won't be filling up there again in the future.
