This restaurant offers an impressive dining experience with top-notch food and excellent service. The sirloin of beef comes highly recommended, and it certainly lives up to the hype. The atmosphere is inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. Plus, there's plenty of free parking available, which is a definite bonus!
We travelled from Sheffield to come to the Shepherds Arms. It is worth the journey. The food is delicious and the meal sizing and pricing means you can have the delight of all three courses. Every mouthful is a delight. Love that there are enough menu options but not too many options. Means that next time I visit there will be a new delight to try. Service spot on and despite being a table of ten we were neither rushed or left waiting. Thank you and the team for providing us with a wonderful family afternoon out.
We’re not from around the area, but stopped after picking up some second hand furniture down the road. Had a three course Sunday meal. The chicken parfait, roast beef and chocolate cake were all amazing, beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and checked on us with every course. The chef even came out and said hello. Very impressed and hope to be back!
Absolutely fantastic dining experience! Three of us enjoyed the meat fillet with gnocchi, and we all loved it. My grandmother had the seabass and claimed it was the best fish dish she had ever tasted. The atmosphere was quiet and homely, making it the perfect choice for my graduation celebration. I'm really glad we picked this place!
