Came to this diner with my local friends while visiting from out of state. I have celiac, and trying new places (especially in smaller towns) can be scary and you just have to hope you can trust the kitchen. When I asked about the GF bun and how the fryers were used to make sure my fries would be safe, my waitress was so sweet and explained that they take every precaution to make sure that the kitchen is safe even with my allergy. She took a few minutes talking with me about how important it is to them, and I really appreciated it. On top of that? The food was AMAZING.
