Great tonkatsu ramen with a dial in noodle firmness and lots of delicious add ons to your broth and noodle bowl, to keep you coming back for new combinations. A real authentic Japanese dining experience. Staff is efficient and service is quick, making this stop idea for lunch.
My favorite ramen shop in the US!!! Fried rice is great too!!! Must order. Add: egg, nori, bean sprouts. don’t need to add other sauces, original broth is already pretty good.
