Ship - Table reservation

Anytime that you 're paddling on The Thames (should I have capitalised the 'T ' in 'The '? ; particularly the tidal Thames yeah it gets better! then we can seriously recommend rocking up to The Ship (Inn in a kayak, open canoe, a SUP board etc etc. There 's a slipway just seconds away from the bar, and they 're not particularly sniffy if you 're hauling paddles and bouyancy aids with you as you walk in The London Apprentice could learn a lesson or two here! Great selection of beers, toilets aren 't awful, staff are *really* great, and I expect the food is too I actually can 't remember the last time we ate here, but I do Greene King tend to keep on top of these things not sure about the Vege...

Beautiful location, good menu with plenty of options for all tastes, we tried a sharing starter and garlic bread which was almost spot on except the fish batter was a little heavy, I will be back to try more on the menu and would say this pub is well worth a visit if passing by. Watch out for river high tides.....it's called the ship for a reason!!

Good quiet spot with lovely views, nice bar staff in a perfect spot on the river side. Great place to watch planes on their approach to Heathrow Airport. Parking limited, outside seating, good drinks selection. Let down by toilets though. Tiny cubicles, locks missing and shabby.

Really good riverside pub with plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors. Service was good and food was decent. Seems like a very local favourite. In general not too crowded when I visited. I'd stop here again if walking the South Thames path.

Really good food. We had the fish and chips. Very light batter and lovely chips. An excellent place for dinner by the river
