I hadn't covered at the table when we got the food. The staff was busy talking to each other and not paying attention before we got our food covered. More shish-cooked lamb. And I told him we could have ordered undercooked food instead. I have been here before, where the food was really good and also the most attentive administration, but it seems that the new staff was too busy talking to each other instead of customer service, I would never come back there again, thanks for the worst Friday night I've had in a long time.
We've been here before and I really like food, the staff is kind. We went again last night and the design had also changed the staff, but still they were kind and offered a good service. The food was still a big problem, just the size of the dishes they give to eat. We had a mixture of mezze as an incoming and shared source for the main dishes. The dishes we were eating were to start, so there wasn't much room in our dishes. Larger plates would help for the next time, but otherwise they remain a great place
We went on a Saturday night and the restaurant was pretty full with lots of food orders to take. Although there were many customers, we didn't have to wait too long to eat. It was nice to see the meat and freshly prepared dishes in the kitchen right next to the seating area. The rations were perfect and there was a good mix of salad, rice and meat. All the food was well seasoned and had a good carbonized taste. The staff was very friendly and would strongly recommend this place!
Excellent healthy and tasty food, with great customer service and friendly staff. It is a good place to eat or eat informally, in an authentic place, with a pleasant atmosphere and environment. Chicken meat and quality is fantastic and at very affordable prices. They also accept! I had stayed here before by friends, groups or couples! You must prove it!

I had lunch at this establishment with a friend. We asked for the mixed mezze to share, but the cook waiter forgot and served our main dishes. We remembered him and gave us the entrance later. My lamb kebab was a bit difficult. The service was reasonable.
I've been eating at Kensalrise, and I've been a beer drink. The whole interior is pretty comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've been very pleased to talk and I've been looking for a drink near Kensalrise.
Had an amazing Chicken Shish wrap from here. The chicken wings are worth the wait too. The food and premises are top quality here and friendly staff. A Stand-out in this area !
