I went to pick up an order for a customer and immediately noticed that the restaurant was crowded inside with no personal protective equipment (PPE) being worn. The smell was terrible and the staff appeared dirty. I was told the order would be ready in 10 minutes, but after waiting, it still wasn't ready. I waited a bit longer, but the staff had messed up with the frying machine and the owner was swearing and being rude. I asked about the order again, and the owner, an elderly man with white hair, became aggressive and told me to leave if I couldn't wait.
