We had high hopes for this meal having visited in the past and been very satisfied several times. However, tonight was just horrendous. The service was really lacklustre. We had to get our own water, the waitress forgot aspects of our order because she refused to write it down and we had to beg to have our plates removed from the table after waiting for 30 mins. We ordered mocktails, two of which were watery and you couldn't taste the main ingredients. The fatoush salad was fresh and the bread crispy but there was not enough dressing at all. We are regular coffee drinkers and 9/10 their coffee is awesome, hence why we keep going back. Until recently majority of their menu was of great value, however they now have a new menu with new additions which is refreshing. Price rises are fine if the quality is the same or better.. Recently I ordered a couple of burgers and they came out sloppy, the lettuce was old and the chips were soft instead of crispy. Not impressed with the level of service or food & will think twice b4 ordering burgers from them again nor paying $42 for burgers which once were nice and made with love. Disappointed........
Shisha is a place I came a long time ago and thought the food was nice but had no idea what knafeh wasNow armed with new information I came with 2 others and were seated at a upstairs area which I did know about Everything we had was delicious. Lamp dumplings are something different to try but I liked it. Haloumi chips is a great idea. My burger was ok and the others enjoyed there steak. The knafeh was a new taste sensation! Could easily had a large one to myself! Prices though are a bit expensive but this is the only negative I can give! Instead of looking for there food van,just come here
Terrible food ! The burger was definitely bought from a supermarket not wagyu beef . Terrible service ! Not allowed to sit with friends outside who were enjoying a shisha pipe , they were enforcing we all get charged even though we ate inside . Table next to us were only drinking coffee Save your money and go to Burwood

I've had the full rack pork ribs...i personally think its not worth $40 as i always love my ribs which is $32 at other places twice the size, it came with chips and i had like a handful of chips....disappointed big time...the only good thing is the calamari was beautiful... one of the best that I've tried.
We are regulars here over the last couple of years and the place just keeps getting better. The food and coffee is always superb and service is excellent, they also have lovely fresh squeezed juices. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are some interesting, unusual and delicious menu items.
Small area of seating inside. Nice outside seating. You can eat, drink & smoke hookah however you can only smoke outside. I had the beef ribs (they were ok, I've had better) and a salad. The hookahs were decent. Customer service was good.
Overpriced for what you get. Ordered chilli lime prawns as entree, there were 6 small frozen prawns, quinoa & haloumi salad had 2 pieces of haloumi cheese etc etc. Cafe style, ok atmosphere. Only positive we're staff were nice.

Went for a family gathering. Had a great spot open to outside. Breakfast was yummy, loved the Kung Flu juice. Service was very friendly.
Loved the Halloumi Chips! It was my favorite. Their portions are big and very attentive. The knanafe is also very delicious!
