Shizen Sushi has the best sushi in Victoria hands down. Been coming here for the past 5 years. The freshest seafood and yummiest rolls!! I can’t believe how affordable the prices are. Figured I should let the rest of Victoria know how good it is. My favourite menu items: assorted tempura, crab sunomono, toro sashimi, tuna sashimi, robb roll, islander roll, and my ultimate favourite is the highlander roll. I am addicted!! Also the service is always quick, tonight we arrived at 6 and were finished our meal and paying the bill by 6:45. I’ve tried other sushi restaurants (Nubo, Ebizo, Sen Zushi, Machi Sushi) and Shizen continues to be the best quality. You can also call and order take out!

It was a bit depressing we were looking for either the chubby dumplings or this other noodle restaurant and did not find it. Tough luck but sometimes you get lucky! After some edamame and tempura starters we had some of the best sushi east of Tokyo. Absolutely recommendable. Loved the complimentary green tea and the big bottle of beer, too!

I have been going to this restaurant from day one the food is amazing and always good. The staff and the owners treat me with total respect and like a king. Even all the people I take with me when I go there love it and notice the good quality keep up the great work. Andy

Food was fresh, service was friendly! They were short staffed but it was clear they were working together to make sure everyone was well taken care of.

We have been going to Shizen for many years. The service is always friendly and prompt. We think it’s the best Sushi in Victoria.
