Our reservation didn't seem to matter, as we still had to wait quite a while for a table. Eventually, we were seated in a quiet corner of the restaurant with just two other tables nearby, and our server was rarely around, likely busy with the main dining area. It took a good 20 minutes for her to even come over and greet us. We had to ask multiple times for simple items like ketchup and drink refills before they finally reached our table. We had a disappointing experience at the restaurant as our OpenTable reservation was not honored. The hostess informed us that the reservation system had been down for months. Since there were no tables available outside, we had to sit inside, where it was clear that no one else was seated either—most customers come here for the view. The food was passable, but it felt like it had been frozen. On a positive note, our waitress was pleasant and attentive. She apologized for the long wait for our food, explaining that the kitchen was overwhelmed.
Great spot for a group of 8 (4 kids 4 adults) for a Saturday night on Memorial Day weekend. Good table, good food, good service. Good kids menu. The waiter accommodated separate checks for our two families which was helpful. The kids got to watch the action on the lake and sidewalk below. If the kids are happy and have something to look at and keep them occupied, it makes a good meal for everyone!
The reviews on this place are varied as was our recent meal on the weekend. The food was OK with nothing special to note. The service seemed like "get in, sit order eat get out so we can serve another. When we return to Lake George we will likely skip the shoreline restaurant. The saving part of the evening was the view.... Outstanding.

Absolutely incredible! I ordered the lamb and beef gyro, while my girlfriend had the lamb over rice. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. This was one of the best, if not the best, gyros I've ever had in my life. It's a must-try when you're in Lake George!
Decent food although, poor delivery and pacing. Not acknowledged for reservation through OpenTable which made it uncomfortable for me and my party. Poor seating and mediocre table service. Not how presented on the site. Never going back.
Food is delicious and fresh, not oily or heavy like many gyro places. The spice level is perfectly balanced. I was in Lake George 3 days and this was the best meal I had. Highly recommended, I’m very happy I gave this place a try.
We had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. The waitstaff were friendly and provided water for our two dogs. The food and the service were good and we had a great outdoor table with a view of the water.

The only thing that this restaurant has going for it is the location.. We were a large party (19) and only 2 people were happy with their meal.
