Short Pump is a chain restaurant, so you know what to expect. Although we usually prefer to eat local, the theme caught my attention and I was craving a burger. The theme is well executed, right down to the garage oil rag-style napkins! The place is filled with fun Ford and car-related memorabilia. It’s very loud inside, though. Our server, Kwan, was fantastic—friendly, polite, efficient, and checked on us just the right amount. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing.
