now, what can I say differently than with this restaurant I have learned that first class French cuisine is not found in the center of paris or in montmartre for cheap trips. show devant is an excellent French restaurant that found only a 30-minute train ride from notre dame, paris. the restaurant is located directly in front of the Catholic church villejuif, the public library and the Rathaus. the ambiente in the restaurant is modern and pleasant, simple but practical tables and a large clock that tastes the spatialities in the inner. the kitchen is open so that you can see that some of the foods are cooked. the staff is friendly and come and ask them how their meal goes. almost a rareness...
The restaurant is fairly new, in a building across from the Marie de Villejuif; in nice weather they have what would be a very sunny terrace. We were there for dinner, in January, so the terrace was NOT on our agenda. The party was four...people, three adults and a well traveled 12 year old. I ordered the scallops wrapped in parma-ham as my starter, they were deicious and perfectly cooked, just done through, but still with the texture of uncooked in the center. My companion ordered house prepared Salmon Gravlax, I tasted it and it was also quite good. I ordered the faux fillet special (looked and tasted to me like an excellent NY Strip) served with potatoes and a nice salad of mixed greens....
I didn't know the place..Although it's a few minutes away from home..Petite evening between friends..température ideal for eating out in the evening...jolie de a little retro..Ambiance jazzy with group on site. Little flat for the music that was too strong, we couldn't hear each other talking. very pleasant and smiling staff with a lot of cold blood because the restaurant was full to crack and some badly-elevated guests settled anywhere, without embarrassing by stinging the chairs of the other tables so bravo to the team! Very nice evening. I'll come back with my husband next time... for a romantic dinner!
when you eat at home with the pleasure and time to prepare these dishes, you expect a restaurant to be overwhelmed both in terms of gustative, visual and social. At chow in front of everything is gathered!cert the place by its volume and these open kitchens can be noisy depending on the days but the life that reigns there is good.Thank you chief. townJewish would have more restaurant like this one, I would spend less time preparing for good small dishes at home );-licitations

we were very disappointed by customer service in this restaurant. man, came before my child and I to get us a table for lunch. he was told by a rather rude manager that they no longer serve. I came to moments later and. the restaurant served suddenly again and several tables were wonderful avaliable. confusing behavior of a coworker who judges the people obviously on her. I personally will not visit this place again.
Show Devant serves traditional french cuisine with a twist! I had traditional duck confit but it was served with kalamansi sauce, a small asian lime. It was refreshing! My husband ordered a classic chicken breast, but it came in a sphere and it was stuffed...with a scallop topped with mushroom sauce. The staff was friendly and the service was good! Price was more than reasonable. I strongly recommend this restaurant.
I took my wife there when we had been living next to the restaurant for ever, but never tried, and we were not disappointed. everything we had really well tasted, and the service was nice. I would recommend it very much.
Very good! nice mix of flavors. Even salads are excellent. Nice presentation in the plate. Good service. cleanliness, quality, friendliness! It's all there! I highly recommend!
