If you exploring the wineries and landscapes of the Beaujolais region, this is a great spot to have lunch or dinner away from the maddening crowd. A tat hard to find, we wondered on this jewel all by chance in the medieval streets of Le Bois d'Oingt (which is a sister-village of the Oingt you might be visiting for its ancient fortified town). As Le Bois d'Oingt gets generally less tourist attention it has to make it up with the quality of its commerce. This small family restaurant boast some nice pizzas, excellent steak tartar, some nice salads and (not to miss) generous deserts.
