What a hidden gem. Authentic old school Indian restaurant, family run business for over 50 years. Used to eat here years ago then moved away. Returned 2 weeks running now for their excellent value banquet night on a Monday. Starter, main dish, rice, vegetable dish, bread and tea or coffee all for £13 each. The food was spot on, even took a doggie bag home! Piping hot and lots of it. Staff so attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Booked a table online. So easy. Would highly recommend. Will be back next Monday :
The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. I think it's the best Dupiaza I've ever had! The staff is very friendly and polite. The atmosphere is fantastic, thanks to the well-maintained historical building and tasteful decor. It's a perfect spot for a special evening out and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, the service is friendly, and the waiter is helpful in suggesting starters and side dishes. The only downside is that the stairs are narrow and steep, especially if you are not very strong. I would definitely return to eat here again.
Fabulous food, great service from friendly staff a great experience! The staff had great recommendations from the menu and food was fresh and arrived promptly. We were here to celebrate a birthday and the staff really helped with this occasion
