Temporary passage to Tours, I discovered this restaurant on foot around the city. I took the pho that's awesome! I recommend Soup of sour and spicy vermicelle with excellent pork tripes as well but be careful if you are not accustomed to spicy avoid qd mm. A pleasure I recommend.
