I don’t want to be a hater and maybe I just ordered the wrong dish but… this did not taste authentic Maybe it’s because I grew up in Southeast Asia and have also visited Thailand, I had pretty high hopes when I saw this being rated at 4.5 stars on Google.. However my beef noodle soup was way too sweet (in a sugary way, not from the beef bone broth as one would expect from a good beef soup), and the beef slices were also way too tough. Great food, but customer service could be better. I had a small modification to my order (didn’t want eggs) and they did not allow me to make the change despite me ordering LESS than 5 minutes before calling to request the change. How is it that the food was already done in so little time? Perhaps the food is not cooked fresh? Extremely disappointing because I’m such a loyal fan of Si Lom but they should be more accommodating to special requests, especially when it’s a customer who’s come in so many times.
Very tasty Pad Thai. The spiciness scale is toned down for non-spicy people so even at a 4/5, I didn't feel any burning. Service was good and prompt. The food was freshly made to order. The only drawback to this restaurant is its small size and lack of sound attenuation aids so it was very loud with a full lunch crowd. Overall, I highly recommend!
This was my first visit to Si Lom, which came recommended by friends. I ordered the Orange Chicken, but unfortunately, the chicken was a bit tough, suggesting it might have been old. The portions were generous and came with a side of rice. I also tried the Pad Thai and Calamari, both of which were quite good.

This place is just too good. We have been ordering it once a week now for delivery and it is always fresh hot and authentically delicious. The Pad Thai is the best I’ve found in Dallas. The portions are huge and reasonably priced. We love ordering in for date night with Si Lom!!!!
The food was just average. I ordered a small soup and pad Thai noodles to go, but the portion size was enough to serve at least three people. Don't tell me it's meant for a big appetite or for lumberjacks—it's simply not healthy!
I recently found this tucked away little gem! I've been four times now and every experience has been consistent. Food is flavourful and hot, and I absolutely love the atmosphere! Service is definitely an extra bonus!
I think this one is one of peoples favorite Thai place in Oak Lawn, once you find this place and where to park you will come back for sure. The food can be pricey but it tastes great.
