Sicilia Mia - Table reservation

Horrible horrible service!! My party of 9 had a reservation for 8:30 pm and we waited 35 minutes until we finally left. Workers made no effort to set up our table quickly let alone prioritize it as if they didn’t want to serve us. Other parties that walked in with no reservations were sat before our table was ready. We saw the servers arguing when discussing our table yet they were working SO SLOW to get it ready when all it needed was silverware and a wipe down. Oddly enough I have visited this location twice now but never actually been able to dine. My first visit was towards the end of lunch time. Not 5 or 10 minutes before they close but more than 30 minutes before the end of lunch hours. Needless to say the hostess turned me away. A few weeks later I tried again but for dinner. My party sat at the bar.I watched as each server attempted to bartend and make their own drinks. I ordered but was forgotten about and after I grew tired of waiting and spoke with a manger the result was simply they had just barely put the order in. Let's get the only good thing out of the way. Our waiter Daniel did fantastic with what help he had. My wife and I decided to try something new. Neither one of us has heard of Sicilla Mia and decided to try it today. We walk in and first thing I noticed was all the empty chairs and dirty tables that were left behind from the morning rush it looked like. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated and there was more then 3/4 of the place empty. Are hostess told us we would be seated next and then disappeared. Only to have the servers come and ask us if we have been helped multiple times. Food was over priced for what it was. We will never go back again.

Went to this location on mother's day which happened to be our wedding anniversary as well. Waited 30 minutes after being seated to even be acknowledged by our waiter. 30 minutes after ordering we got our food, waiter forgot our salads. Never got them nor any follow up after our food arrived. I paid $58.00 freaking dollars for the worst steak i have ever tried to eat. Ended up leaving after we way over paid for the dribble they tried to pass off as food, we ended up going to mcdonald's on our way home, where the food and service were a million times better!
