Workers made no effort to set up our table quickly let alone prioritize it as if they didn’t want to serve us. Other parties that walked in with no reservations were sat before our table was ready. We saw the servers arguing when discussing our table yet they were working SO SLOW to get it ready when all it needed was silverware and a wipe down. Interestingly, I've visited this restaurant twice now, but I still haven't been able to actually dine here. On my first visit, it was toward the end of lunch, more than 30 minutes before they were set to close. Despite this, the hostess turned me away. A few weeks later, I decided to try again for dinner. My group sat at the bar, and I observed each server attempting to manage the bar and prepare their own drinks. Let's start with the only positive aspect of our experience: our waiter, Daniel, did an excellent job despite the circumstances. My wife and I wanted to try something new and decided to visit Sicilia Mia, which we had never heard of before. Upon entering, the first thing that struck me was the number of empty chairs and the dirty tables left over from the morning rush. I visited this location on Mother's Day, which also happened to be our wedding anniversary. After being seated, we waited 30 minutes before our waiter acknowledged us. Once we ordered, it took another 30 minutes for our food to arrive, but our salads were forgotten. There was no follow-up from the waiter after our food came, and I ended up paying $58 for the worst steak I've ever tried. We decided to leave feeling like we had overpaid for what they tried to pass off as food. On our way home, we stopped at McDonald's, where the food and service were a million times better!

Made a reservation for my wife and family on Mother's Day. Other guests arrived after us and were served first. We waited over 20 minutes and never received any service. My wife was so upset as was I considering it was suppose to be a special dinner for her. I notified the manager and he didn't have a reason. We walked out.
Slow service, rude waiters and waitresses, small meals and expensive prices, we didn't even get bread.......horrible experience
Avoid this place! They are closed, yet somehow still accepting reservations. They should be removed from OpenTable.
