Soy muy fan de las sidrerías vascas. Soy muy fan de su menú cerrado: su clásica tortilla de bacalao, sus bacalaos con pimientos, su chuletón y su queso con membrillo y nueces. Soy muy fan del txotx, de levantarse y de compartir momentos con amigos y con el resto de la gente de la sidrería, de acabar brindando con unos y otros y probando todas las sidras. Muy fan. Y aunque ya había estado en varias sidrerías por Astigarraga, me encantó el trato que nos dieron en Alorrenea, que además es de las que abre todo el año, así que no os preocupes si no vais en primavera! Sigue siendo igual de delicioso, la carne está exquisita y hay mucha mucha sidra. Que aproveche!!!
