We went here two nights out of a 4-night stay in Arena de Cabrales. Excellent food, especially the cachopo. We also had ensalada especial and the typical cider. Las patatas con salsa cabrales were also nice. Very nice waitress and quick service. I would recommend eating here even though it normally doesn't look so busy. Good food and quick service with mountain views outside.
Disgusting food, whole table couldnt finish their plates, felt nauseous afterwards. Red wine from the fridge. French fries were soft and only half fried. Steak ordered medium arrived **** rare. Pretty sure my Specialty of the house cachopo came straight from the freezer. This restaurant is an insult to asturian cooking
The food is not the best. We had the mushrooms with cabrales sauce and the pulpo (octopus). The mushrooms were good quality but the sauce is heavy. The pulpo is not tasty at all. Maybe other dishes are better. The staff was ok, the environment ok also.
Food was delicious! Fabada is the best I ever tried while being in Spain, staff is friendly, even though they know very little English. Menu del dia is at reasonable price. View is magnificent.
